QC UPDATE
QC Update has been incorporated into the conference program and provides a forum for participants of the RCPA Chemical Pathology Quality Assurance Programs to review QAP activities, discuss analyte problems and quality issues such as traceability and QAP statistics.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Proffered oral presentations will be presented on Saturday 17 November, from 1400-1530 (90min). Please refer to the program for further details.

POSTERS
Posters will be on display in the Industry Exhibition from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning.  Delegates will be invited to view the Posters and talk to the authors during the lunch breaks and the Poster Session Function on Friday night. Authors are asked to make themselves available during these times.

INDUSTRY EXHIBITION
The Industry Exhibition will be held from 1230 Thursday 15 November to 1130 Sunday 18 November  in the Exhibition Halls, Door 7 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. Morning and afternoon teas, lunches, the Industry Gala Function (Thursday evening) and the Ortho Clinical Diagnostics Wine & Cheese Posters Session Function (Friday evening) will be held in the Industry Exhibition.

** Exhibition Passport ** : As part of the industry exhibition we have included an Industry Exhibition Passport. Registrants will receive a business card folder, provided by IVD Australia, to collect (& retain for later use!) business cards from all exhibitors. Delegates will need to collect all exhibitor business cards to be in the draw for some great prizes.


ORTHO CLINICAL DIAGNOSTICS 'WINE & CHEESE' POSTERS SESSION  ** NEW FOR 2012 **
The 'Wine & Cheese' Poster Sessions will be held on Friday 16 November, from 1700-1800.  All poster presenters are asked to make themselves available at the function as this is an additional opportunity for authors to discuss their posters with delegates.

This function is included in full registrations, exhibitor registrations, student full and retired registrations.

  



BREAKFAST SESSIONS 'MEET THE EXPERTS'
The Breakfast Sessions will be held on Saturday 17 November, from 0800-0900 and includes a sit-down full breakfast. Places are limited to nine delegates per table, and you must register and nominate preferences on the registration form. Breakfast Sessions are an additional cost - AUD$40.00.

ENDOCRINE MORNING ON SATURDAY 17 NOVEMBER 2012
We are pleased to provide a joint morning of sessions with ESA, who are supporting the Plenary session with Dr Carole Spencer and Symposium 7 with Prof Peter Fuller, Prof Peter Ebeling and Clin. Prof Sam Vasikaran.  A special half day registration fee of $125.00 is offered to ESA members to attend the morning sessions.

The AACB Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 17 November 2012, from 1600-1700.
