REGISTRATION FEES
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. It is essential for all participants to complete a registration form and pay in full prior to the conference. Online registration is strongly encouraged. For delegates needing to pay by cheque please complete the Registration Form and send with payment to the Secretariat.** Early Bird Registration has CLOSED **

*Workplace Shared registration entitles a company to share a registration and send selected staff members to nominted sessons. One name badge, handbook and satchel must be shared between attendees. The Conference dinner is not included in this registration fee.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration Desk
All delegates must collect their registration packs from the Registration Desk to be able to access the Combined Scientific Meeting. The Registration Desk will be located on Level 2 of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and open during the following hours:

Registration and Payment

ONLINE REGISTRATION is strongly encouraged. Register ONLINE or complete the hard copy registration form and return with the required payment.

Registration Forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration fees and accommodation deposit.

If you are registering online, the secure online form is available for credit card transactions.

Credit Cards accepted include Visa and MasterCard only.

All amounts are in Australian Dollars. Overseas registrants should arrange payment by bank draft payable in Australian Dollars at an Australian bank.

Delegates will receive a confirmation email or letter (if no email address supplied) which includes the receipt and tax invoice.

Cheques or bank drafts should be made payable to "AACB AIMS 2010”.
-
If you are paying by cheque, payment must be received by the 16 August 2010. If payment is not received by this date, your registration may be cancelled. For those who register after the 16 August, payment must be received by the 6 September 2010.
All payments must be received prior to the Conference.
Onsite registration will be available and payment must be made at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy
-
All cancellations of attendance must be made in writing to the Secretariat, arinex pty limited.
-
A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $100 will be made on those received before 16 August 2010.
-
A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on cancellations received between 16 August and 22 September 2010.
-
No refund will be made after 22 September 2010.
All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.
Goods & Services Tax
A Tax Invoice will be issued with the receipt of registration. Unless otherwise requested in writing at the time of sending the registration enrolment form, the Tax Invoice will be in the name of the delegate.
For international visitors, a tax refund may be sought at the airport for goods which are taken with them in their hand luggage when leaving the country. A tax refund is not available for goods or services consumed in Australia and therefore the GST component of conference registration fees, accommodation, tours, etc are not claimable.
